- When logged into NYSBA.org, in the top right hand corner of the site you’ll see "Hello (Your First Name)”
- Hover over that, and click ‘My Learning Dashboard’
- Navigate to the program among your purchases.
- Click the button marked 'Certificate' and select if you'd like to Download or Email your certificate.
